Position Summary

The

Center Director

is both the leader and the driving force behind the center's success. You'll oversee operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure families receive an outstanding educational experience. This role combines

education management, people leadership, marketing, and sales growth,

perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, inspiring others, and achieving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations of the center, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management. Lead, train, and motivate a team of Code Senseis (instructors) to deliver fun and impactful learning experiences. Develop and execute

local and digital marketing strategies

to increase brand awareness, attract new families, and drive enrollments. Proactively manage the

sales funnel,

handle inquiries, conduct tours, close enrollments, and follow up with leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, and community partners to boost engagement and referrals. Monitor enrollment trends, retention rates, and customer satisfaction metrics to meet growth and performance goals. Collaborate with the franchise owner to plan promotions, events, and community outreach initiatives. Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment that reflects the Code Ninjas brand and values

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in

education, business, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum

2-3 years of experience in management, sales, or marketing.

Proven ability to

generate leads, close sales, and achieve business growth targets.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team. Highly organized, with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping families and kids succeed. Enthusiasm for

STEM, education, or technology,

coding experience is a plus, but not required.

Bonus Points For

Experience managing or promoting enrichment programs, learning centers, or youth-focused businesses. Background in

digital marketing, social media, or event-based promotions.

Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing automation systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
