Centre Director

Key Responsibilities:
Parent Education & Engagement
Act as the main point of contact for parents, explaining our curriculum, answering questions, and highlighting the value of our programs.
Showcase how our progression system takes students from White Belt to Black Belt, teaching block coding, JavaScript, C#, and more.
Staff Management
Oversee and support our team of Senseis (teachers), ensuring strong communication between the classroom and the front desk.
Motivate staff to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience.
Manage schedules, performance, and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
Sales & Growth
Drive enrolments by effectively communicating the value of Code Ninjas programs to prospective parents and families.
Follow up on leads, give engaging tours of the center, and close new registrations.
Collaborate with the team to meet enrollment goals and promote seasonal events, camps, and special offers.
Curriculum Implementation
Ensure the structured delivery of our curriculum, guiding students through coding challenges and projects.
Support students in creating games, apps, and mods while reinforcing logic and problem-solving skills.
Classroom & Program Management
Maintain a safe, fun, and organized classroom environment.
Assist students with their projects, provide guidance, and ensure smooth lesson flow.
Center Operations
Support the daily operations of the center, including event coordination, resource management, and equipment upkeep.
Help create a welcoming, professional, and engaging atmosphere for families and staff
Parent Communication
Provide ongoing updates to parents regarding their child's progress.
Address questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
Strong passion for coding, education, and working with children.
A general understanding of coding languages (JavaScript, C#, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Previous experience in teaching or working with children is a plus.
Previous experience working as a receptionist.
