COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God's love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.
JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibility of the Centre Director is to provide accountability in achieving the mission of Teen Challenge Canada Inc. (TCC) by overseeing the quality and integrity of the Program. Responsibilities include ensuring full compliance with Teen Challenge's Program Standards, working alongside key Program department staff members in order to achieve goals set for Occupancy and Graduation rates, leading a team that is focused on maintaining a Christ-centred Program where clients can heal and develop mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Other crucial responsibilities include working alongside the Development team to aid in facilitating and ensuring that Development objectives are met, carrying out specific Development activities and participating in annual events.
The incumbent directs staff to ensure the delivery of the TCC Program to achieve TCC's mission, to support development activities for the Centre to ensure the Centre's financial wellbeing, and lead all aspects of Centre operations.
