Associee, operations et inventaire - Temps partiel

PRAISE recherche une associee aux operations et a l'inventaire motivee, rigoureuxse et a l'aise avec les donnees pour appuyer les operations quotidiennes de notre entrepot. Tu assureras la fluidite des commandes, la precision de l'inventaire, et tu aideras a structurer les donnees qui soutiennent nos decisions. Tu seras aussi en contact avec nos comptes pour organiser le reassort des produits et recueillir des insights sur leurs besoins. Ce poste donne une vue precieuse sur le lien entre produit, merchandising et operations -- ideal pour quelqu'un qui veut evoluer avec nous.

Ce que tu feras :

Maintenir des niveaux d'inventaire precis avec des logiciels et des decomptes physiques Analyser les donnees d'inventaire pour reperer les tendances, reduire les pertes, optimiser les stocks Communiquer avec les comptes pour le reassort et pour comprendre les besoins produit Preparer les commandes en gros et en ligne avec rapidite et exactitude Receptionner, inspecter et classer les livraisons entrantes Produire des rapports clairs et detailles sur l'inventaire, la preparation des commandes et les indicateurs cles Collaborer avec l'equipe pour ameliorer les systemes et les processus d'entrepot Garder l'espace propre, organise et securitaire Soutenir d'autres taches liees aux operations et a la logistique au besoin

Ce qu'il te faut :

Experience en gestion d'inventaire, entreposage ou commerce de detail Experience obligatoire en service client ou en vente au detail Fortes aptitudes analytiques et souci du detail Aisance avec Excel et les logiciels de gestion d'inventaire Capacite a interpreter et organiser des donnees chiffrees Capacite a soulever des boites (jusqu'a 50 lb) Communication claire et bon esprit d'equipe Autonomie, rigueur et envie d'apprendre Interet a grandir dans un role lie au merchandising

Part-Time Operations and Inventory Associate

PRAISE is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations and Inventory Associate to support the day-to-day functions of our warehouse. In this role, you'll play a critical part in keeping inventory accurate, orders flowing smoothly, and data organized to support smarter business decisions. You'll also communicate with wholesale accounts to help replenish units and gain valuable insights into product movement. This is more than a warehouse job -- it's a front-row seat to how product, merchandising, and operations intersect. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

What you'll do:

Maintain accurate inventory levels using software and physical counts Analyze inventory data to identify trends, reduce waste, and optimize stock levels Communicate with accounts to replenish units and gather product insights Fulfill wholesale and e-commerce orders with speed and precision Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory Prepare clear, detailed reports on inventory, fulfillment, and KPIs Collaborate with the team to improve warehouse systems and workflows Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Support other operations and logistics tasks as needed

What you'll need:

Experience in inventory management, retail, or warehousing Background in retail or customer service is a must Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Comfort with Excel and inventory management software Ability to interpret and organize numerical data Physical ability to lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) Clear communicator and a team player Highly organized and self-motivated Eagerness to learn and grow within a merchandising-focused environment
