Ce que vous apportez
Experience en developpement des affaires et/ou en vente : prospection telephonique, reseautage, rencontre de presentation clients, gestion de projet, etude de marche, analyse financiere, marketing et processus de mise en disponibilite ;
Excellentes habiletes interpersonnelles, avec la capacite d'etablir rapidement credibilite a tous les niveaux et a maintenir des relations d'affaires complexes avec jugement, professionnalisme et maturite ;
Souci du detail et maitrise de la communication orale et ecrite ;
Competences et experience requises
Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires, un atout ;
Permis de courtier immobilier commercial requis (ou en processus d'obtention) ;
Maitrise des applications Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook) ;
Experience prealable avec les logiciels CRM ;
Une experience dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial ou dans un secteur connexe est un atout majeur ;
Une experience prealable en evaluation immobiliere ou gestion d'actifs est un atout majeur ;
Ce que vous apprendrez
Mener des activites de developpement commercial en identifiant et en qualifiant les prospects et les contacts, en organisant des visites de proprietes pour les clients ;
Creer des fiches de clients potentiels, consigner les suivis et echanges dans le logiciel de gestion de contacts. Tenir des historiques de correspondance dans CRM+, notre base de donnees nationale ;
Mener des recherches d'informations sur le marche grace a une variete d'outils ;
Executer et assister des transactions immobilieres, y compris la revision de contrats de courtage (vente / location), d'entente d'honoraires, les baux, les offres de location et les promesses d'achat ;
Mener des activites de developpement des affaires : identifier, suivre et qualifier des prospects, organiser des visites de proprietes pour les clients ;
Effectuer des recherches et analyses de marche a l'aide de divers outils ;
Participer a la preparation et a la realisation de transactions immobilieres : contrats de courtage, baux, offres et actes de vente ;

What you bring
Experience in business development and/or sales: cold calling, networking, client presentation meetings, project management, market research, financial analysis, marketing, and listing process;
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility at all levels and maintain complex business relationships with sound judgment, professionalism, and maturity;
Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills;
Required Skills and Experience
Post-secondary education is an asset;
Commercial real estate broker license required (or in the process of obtaining it);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
Previous experience with CRM software;
Experience in the commercial real estate sector or a related field is a strong asset;
Prior experience in real estate appraisal or asset management is a strong asset;
What you will be learning
Carry out business development activities by identifying and qualifying prospects and contacts, and organizing property tours for clients;
Create prospect profiles, record follow-ups and communications in the contact management software. Maintain correspondence history in CRM+, our national database;
Conduct market research using a variety of tools;
Execute and assist in real estate transactions, including reviewing brokerage contracts (sale/lease), fee agreements, leases, lease offers, and purchase agreements;
Conduct business development activities: identify, track, and qualify prospects, and organize property tours for clients;
Perform market research and analysis using various tools;
Participate in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions: brokerage contracts, leases, offers, and sales agreements;
