About the PositionThe Associate Vice President (AVP) occupies a key leadership position within Lethbridge College, reporting directly to the Vice President Academic and Research. As a prominent member of both Deans\' Council and the College Leadership Council (CLC), the AVP\'s role is integral to setting strategic direction and providing administrative leadership that nurtures an ecosystem of academic excellence, comprehensive student support, and continuous innovation. The AVP plays a critical role in the cohesive management and integration of diverse yet interconnected areas-recruitment, advising, registrar, student services, academic support, scholarly activity, program quality assurance, and faculty development-ensuring a unified approach that champions collaboration and drives excellence throughout the institution. The AVP works collaboratively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, management, faculty, staff, and Lethbridge College Student Association (LCSA) to support a high quality, holistic educational experience for all students in all LC academic programs.The AVP currently has several direct reports:
