What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For

Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial & Real Estate, you will lead the sales team in the Real Estate Practice. This position will work and collaborate with some of the very best insurance professionals in the business as they collaborate business units such as: Commercial Insurance, Client Experience, Operations, and Learning & Development.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in an insurance brokerage

Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience managing and developing talent

Industry designation preferred (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)

Level 2 general insurance license

Experience in contributing to strategic direction and implementing plans / actions as it relates to achieving overall revenue, profit, and employee engagement goals

A Day in the Life

Manage general operations to support the client experience, sales and retention

Maintain and institutionalize client relationships

Collaborate with and support trade associations (PAMA, SPABC, CHOA)

Assume a leadership role within the HUB Real Estate Specialty Practice Steering Committee

Maintain ongoing weekly Real Estate Management meetings

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Strategize and collaborate with all levels of sales and service functions to ensure the best client experience possible

Ensure effective and efficient business processes and procedures are in place

Workforce planning to meet business objectives and goals

Employee management including their development, training, engagement, etc.

Participating as a key member of the senior management team, directly influencing the business priorities and strategies through leadership and insurance expertise

Establish and implement short-term and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
