Position Title: Associate Marketing Producer

Our Production Execution team manages everything related to post-production, where we work to tell the story behind videos, stills and art across multiple global game franchises.

As an Associate Producer you will provide a range of administrative support to the Production Execution team as well as their partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications between Production Execution and other team leads.
  • Manage work schedules and multiple calendars ensuring there are no conflicts.
  • Track current productions and approvals from creative concept through to delivery on a daily basis.
  • Process travel and expenses.
  • Oversee to-do lists, action items and deadlines for the team.
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
  • Attend production meetings with cross functional teams to gather and distill information, track timelines, prepare meeting notes and action feedback.
  • Reach out to key contacts and assist with people resource management.
  • Follow up on requests, complete administrative errands and keep our leaders accountable.
  • Track the day to day tasks of artist to make sure they stay on track as per the schedule set by Sr Manager/Producer
  • Ensure assets are tracking on time with our production partners
  • Track all asset reviews and approvals
Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing or asset production
  • Solid knowledge in post, VFX-production video processes
  • Ask the right questions for context in feedback
  • Communication, able to articulate clear feedback with all levels of the business.
  • Clarify ambiguous and assumptive feedback
  • Experience working in a Frostbite production environment a plus
  • Show curiosity and passion to staying current with new media and creative trends
