Responsibilities & Skills

• Actively manage day-to-day production on integrated campaigns and resourcing of studio team
• Work alongside producers, creative, media and Account teams
• Clearly communicate all needs from Account teams to the studio team
• Communicate daily with internal teams to track and maintain deliverables
• Develop and maintain timelines and budgets
• Timely spreadsheet-based reporting to the Operations Manager
• Traffic and manage on-spec asset delivery to internal teams and vendors
• Develop and foster strong relationships with internal team members, vendors and freelancers
• Contribute to the studio culture through innovation and thought leadership

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in a production or project management role
• Experience with digital, print, video and/or XM production is considered an asset
• Auto and/or retail advertising experience is considered an asset
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze creative challenges
• A positive, calm, and organized approach to problem-solving in tandem with team members.
