POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Referred Marketing, the Associate, Marketing supports the development and execution of marketing automation strategies, performance tracking, and digital communications. This role manages activities related to the referral website (chipadvisor.ca) and partner-focused email marketing campaigns.

MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE

Digital Marketing & Email Automation

Lead the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and GA4 for the referred marketing team. Manage end-to-end digital email campaigns, including automation, nurture flows, and list emails on SFMC. Develop scalable marketing automation strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in. Collaborate with the Referred Marketing Manager to plan and execute campaigns across digital channels. Build lead generation strategies using segmentation to improve partner conversion. Analyze campaign performance and optimize online and offline efforts to maximize ROI. Maintain and recommend updates to referral websites (chipadvisor.ca, chipconseiller.ca); WordPress and HTML experience preferred.

Reporting, Analysis & Budget Support

Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using large datasets to identify optimization opportunities. Integrate Salesforce and GA4 data to track key metrics like partner engagement and campaign impact. Provide ongoing analysis and actionable insights aligned with business goals. Support budget tracking, forecasting, invoice processing, and vendor communications alongside the Referred Marketing Manager.

Marketing Program Management

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on daily tasks such as content creation, campaign setup, A/B testing, and optimization. Write, proofread, and edit content for websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media. Partner across functions to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience. Support partner relationship management and contribute to growth strategies including events, conferences, and educational programs. Oversee project timelines, editorial calendars, leadership updates, and content approvals in coordination with agencies.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree an asset Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and HTML Experienced in campaign management, content development, copywriting, and basic design Skilled in analytics tools (GA4, CRM platforms) for data analysis and reporting Knowledge of social media management and CRM-based campaign execution Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite, and Canva Self-motivated, curious, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement Collaborative team player with experience working across departments and senior leadership Passionate about serving and empowering the 55+ demographic through impactful marketing strategies
