Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Operations, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional internal teams, including Production, Product Development, Sales, and Operations. The Associate Marketing Manager will actively manage campaign performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide analysis that is concise and actionable.
A major responsibility will be managing the digital marketing calendar, optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, and working closely with external agencies and vendors. Performance will be measured against assigned KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Additionally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify industry trends and produce reports analyzing marketing effectiveness.
As an Associate Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Duties:
Develop and execute integrated digital, social, and product marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales for Creator Warehouse brands and product lines.
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns supporting product launches, collaborations, and ongoing brand initiatives across digital, social, and e-commerce platforms.
Oversee content and social media marketing, including campaign calendars, channel strategy, community engagement, and partnerships with creators and influencers.
Collaborate with the product and creative teams to shape go-to-market plans, positioning, and messaging that reflect the brand's voice and resonate with the audience.
Implement SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to expand reach and optimize conversions.
Analyze campaign and product performance metrics using Google Analytics, Shopify, HubSpot, and other reporting tools to guide continuous improvement.
Drive weekly performance recaps summarizing marketing results, key insights, and recommendations for digital, social, and product initiatives.
Manage and measure marketing processes, including audience engagement, traffic growth, conversion rates, and ROI.
Work cross-functionally with operations, fulfillment, and creator teams to ensure consistent storytelling and timely campaign execution.
Present marketing performance, trends, and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders to build alignment and inform decision-making.
Perform additional marketing and brand support duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred
3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
High proficiency in digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing demands.
Customer-oriented with strong judgment skills.
Collaborative and solution-driven approach.
Ability to work in a high-demand environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation:
For this position, the typical hiring salary base range falls between CAD $72,800 and $76,900 per year, based on market location and job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus and additional benefits, which together make up the total compensation package, in line with our company's philosophy to recognize and reward employee contributions.
