What you'll do
The Strategic Marketing team supports our Triangle Rewards Partnership program. Triangle Rewards is one of Canada's largest and most respected loyalty programs, delivering meaningful rewards, deeper customer relationship and insights and personalized offers that drive loyalty and engagement for approximately 12 million members. As a member of this team, you will help to bring our loyalty program partnerships to market and bring even more value to Canadians.
Reporting to the Manager of Triangle Partnerships, the Associate Marketing Manager will collaborate with brand strategy, internal creative teams, and cross-functional groups to plan, strategize, and execute best-in-class marketing campaigns supporting our Triangle Rewards partnership portfolio. This position offers extensive exposure across the organization, providing opportunities for organizational insight, relationship building, and career development.
The candidate works collaboratively and aims to integrate online, in-store, social, paid media, and other channels to ensure a consistent experience across all touchpoints, with the purpose of increasing customer engagement and loyalty.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing programs that roll-up to an integrated marketing plan by combining an in-depth understanding of the business with strong consumer insights.
Foster strong relationships and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of business goals, opportunities, challenges and develop marketing plans that balance customer needs with business goals. Establish clear campaign targets aligned to deliver business goals.
Provide subject matter expertise, understanding of consumer trends, competitive and market analysis and potential linkages to other key focus areas to ensure the business is kept abreast of competitive marketing initiatives.
Provide direction and guidance to Consultants, Specialists and/or Co-ops in managing tasks/activities of the assigned projects, ensuring seamless execution.
Comfortable presenting to XF teams and team leadership. Taking an active role in proactively managing internal stakeholders
Monitors business performance throughout the year and supports XF team efforts to support the business
Omni-channel campaign management experience and digital knowledge, experience, and reporting/analytical skills required (inclusive of tools like GA, Ads Manager, DOMO, Google Ads etc.)
What you bring
+5 years of marketing experience with a solid foundation in retail or loyalty sectors.
Proven track record in delivering omni- and multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale, utilizing data and digital insights to drive execution and data analysis to measure results.
Comfortable in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable business outcomes
Strong ability to source and interpret data analytics and digital customer engagement metrics to find opportunities
Strong project management skills with experience delivering a high volume of creative assets across multiple channels under tight timelines.
Passion for identifying trends in digital and paid media and generating bold new creative ideas.
Demonstrates a highly collaborative approach, able to work independently or as part of a team within flexible and dynamic environments, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Consistently commits to ambitious objectives and upholds the highest standards of performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Thrives in fast-paced settings, adept at prioritizing multiple tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
