As our Associate Learning Consultant you will build and maintain assigned courses in STEMCELL\'s Learning Management System (LMS) and use data, analytics and reporting to support the Learning & Leadership team to understand the impact of learning. You will also take ownership and lead several internal learning programs (such as STEMConnect, STEMTalks) as well as being involved in facilitation to support program managers for New Hire Orientation and Business Skills Learning programs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains measurement processes providing initial analysis and reporting for use within the team and departments
  • Responsible for building and maintaining assigned courses and programs in STEMLearn (LMS) system including scheduling of courses and monitoring and reporting of enrollment levels
  • Collaborates with Talent Management and Organizational Design team and facilitates some programs (primarily New Hire Orientation and Business Skills) as required
Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, or Social Sciences preferred) with 2-6 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Learning and Development basics
  • Experience with an LMS or other enterprise management software
  • Comfortable learning to use new technologies in creative ways
