Experience and Qualifications:

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering or other related engineering or science discipline,
• At least 20+ years of combined experience in consulting and detail design process engineering, business development, and project management, of water and wastewater management for industrial clients,
• Understanding of business principles for selling and delivering consulting and design projects and related project delivery tools and metrics,
• Experience managing proposals through commercial closure,
• Abilities in multidisciplinary project teamwork and coordination,
• High level of self-motivation and ability to motivate others,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Ability to travel across North America and worldwide.

• PhD or Master\xe2\x80\x99s in environmental, civil, or chemical engineering or related discipline is desirable, but, not required,
• Licensed Engineer,
• Business development and project delivery of water and wastewater management and treatment,
• Location flexible,
• Remote or hybrid (office/remote) working is an option.
