Are you a junior lawyer with 1-5 years of experience in family law? Ready to take control of your career and grow your own practice--with support every step of the way?

We're looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial junior lawyer to join our firm under an income-sharing arrangement. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on mentorship, build your client base, and enjoy the freedom to choose your own hours and workload--all while we take care of the admin and back-office tasks.

What You Bring:

1-5 years of experience practicing family law Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta A strong desire to build your own practice with mentorship and firm support Professionalism, initiative, and excellent communication skills

Pay: $50,443.18-$191,490.86 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
