, is seeking a passionateAssociate Dentist
to join our dynamic team of nine dentists on afull-time temporary basis with potential for permanency.
Our clinic provides comprehensive dental care under one roof
, featuringstate-of-the-art technology including CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) Scanner, iTero Scanner, Intraoral Scanner, and Dental Lasers

extended hours (7am-8pm weekdays, 8am-8pm Saturdays)

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
Established patient base with high earning potential in prime Kelowna location
Full-time temporary contract withpotential for permanent position
State-of-the-art dental technology and advanced instruments
Collaborative team of 9 experienced dentists
offering mentorship and supportDirect insurance billing capabilities
Free parkingCOMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections
SCHEDULE:
36 hours per week
3 days per week
Temporary contract: January 2026 - July 2026
Rotating 4-week schedule
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
Current registration or in process with theBritish Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
Licensed to practice dentistry in British Columbia (candidates registered in other Canadian provinces welcome)Minimum 2 years of Canadian dental practice experience required
