We are looking for

TWO full-time Associate Dentists

to join our family-oriented practice in Central BC's hidden gem. As our Associate Dentist, you'll deliver comprehensive dental care while developing your skills. Our experienced team provides

structured mentorship

perfect for building confidence in all aspects of general dentistry.


Williams Lake, BC, has the most spaces in BC and a low cost of living! We are a lakeside community, and our town offers numerous outdoor recreational activities and is a haven for natural wildlife. Not to mention, it is just a one-hour flight from Vancouver with daily flights.

COMPENSATION:

35% of collections to start

(higher rates with experience)

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm Saturdays: Half-day (rotating between associates) On-call rotation: Approximately 1 week per month

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)

or

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)

or

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program,

OR

successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process

Registered or in processing of registering with the

British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals

Registered or actively registering with

BC College of Oral Health Professionals

New graduates strongly encouraged
