COMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% - 43% collections and higher (depending on experience)
SCHEDULE:
33 hours per week, allowing time to enjoy everything Kelowna offers
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from an accredited university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
Registered or in process of registering with the
British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
Eligible to practice dentistry in British Columbia (
we welcome those registered in other Canadian provinces
)
Experience practicing dentistry in Canada or under equivalent dental regulatory agencies is an asset
Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for patient care
Someone who values work-life balance and appreciates being part of a supportive team
