How will this role support our team?
The Associate Counsel executes the College?s disciplinary, fitness to practise, and registrar appeal processes by supporting the Lead Counsel and Counsels during all stages of discipline proceedings (including prehearing conferences, disclosure exchanges, motions, and hearings). The incumbent also independently manages a portfolio of less complicated disciplinary and fitness to practise cases.
