We seek a motivated Associate Counsel with 2+ years of practice experience to provide strategic legal solutions for our diverse clients. While we specialize in family law and estate matters, we welcome expertise in other areas to expand our services, including opportunities in litigation and civil practice. The ideal candidate is experienced in litigation, thrives in a tech-savvy environment, and is committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

:

Represent clients in court and negotiations, advocating effectively. Conduct legal research and provide clear, strategic advice. Draft and review legal documents with precision. Collaborate with the team to manage cases and meet deadlines. Stay current on legal developments.

Requirements

:

2+ years as a practicing lawyer in Canada, called to the Bar in BC, and in good standing with the Law Society of BC. Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills. Proficient in legal tech (LEAP experience an asset). Client-centered with excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple cases independently and collaboratively.
