CityTowers Property Management Inc., a boutique Condominium Management company, is currently seeking an experienced
Associate Condominium Manager
to join our team. This position is for a midrise residential condominium located in the Etobicoke area, full time .
Position Summary:
The
Associate Condominium Manager
will provide administrative and customer service support to the Condominium Manager, Board of Directors, and Residents, ensuring smooth daily operations of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Services:
Maintain accurate ownership and resident records
Prepare and distribute New Resident Welcome Packages
Compile and distribute Board Meeting Packages
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for correspondence and invoices
Draft and process correspondence for Board Members and Residents
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
Issue work orders and coordinate with contractors and suppliers for service delivery
Financial Services:
Maintain accurate financial records
Process accounts payable and receivable
Follow up on resident arrears
Assist with preparation of the Annual Budget Package
Client Relations - Board of Directors and Residents:
Address inquiries, requests, and concerns from the Board and Residents in a timely and professional manner
Communicate and reinforce condominium rules and regulations
Coordinate resident move-ins/outs and manage key/access control
Qualifications and Requirements:
CMRAO Limited or General Licence
(mandatory)
Minimum
2.5+ years of experience
in condominium administration and management
Post-secondary education required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong problem-solving and professional communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and service quality
Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
