We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Lawyer with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Lawyer at Chestermere Law LLP, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate practice. You will work alongside experienced attorneys and professionals, handling a diverse range of real estate transactions and legal matters. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Conducting legal research and due diligence on real estate matters.

Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions.

Representing clients in real estate negotiations and settlements.

Meeting with clients to execute documents in both locations.

Managing and overseeing real estate closings.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

2-5 years of experience practicing real estate law.

Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices.

Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
