Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Vancouver office:

Associate Client Executive – Natural Resources What can you expect? You will be responsible for the support of senior level Client Executives in the Natural Resources. You would be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, supporting new clients and the delivery of the firm’s resources for the overall benefit of the client and the firm. We will count on you to:

• Handle relationship management activities with clients and prospects in order to originate new client relationships and/or expand and retain existing relationships.
• Partner with various account management teams to provide superior client service.
• Develop strong relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Marsh.

What you need to have:

• 5-8 years work experience within an insurance and risk consulting environment.
• British Columbia Insurance License Level 1. Achieve Level 2 License within 12 months of start date.
• Strong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function, finance and issues.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization including the ‘C’ Suite.
• Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines.

• Computer literate with proficiency in email, spreadsheet, wording processing and presentation software
• Strong customer service skills
