Description

The Marketing Associate Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for supporting (Organic) Social Media, Public Relations and other marketing campaigns. This person will report into the Marketing Strategy Manager and will collaborate with internal marketing team members, as well as internal omni cross-functional partners to drive brand strategies. There are no direct reports.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Adapt the Brand's daily social calendar to support the Canadian business needs including planning weekly content, writing copy for daily posts and collaborating with Graphics department to deliver creative assets.
  • Schedule daily posts and execute stories across all channels.
  • Report weekly on social media KPIs and provide recommendations to ensure goals are achieved.
  • Provide POVs around incoming trends/emerging ideas in the social space to evolve and grow social media strategies.
  • Analyze social media landscape to capture trends, promotions, holidays, etc.
  • Create thematic assets leveraged for marketing CRM.
  • Participate in the strategic planning and execution of seasonal PR initiatives including: monthly pitches, influencer mailers and partnerships.
  • Assist marketing team with special projects.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate for new ideas and strategies.
  • Collaborate regularly with counterparts in our Columbus, Ohio head office.
  • Local Bath & Body Works store travel is required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • 1-2 years' experience working in marketing, in a project coordination role
  • Creative thinker, highly motivated and collaborative with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and project manage work independently and with a team are essential
  • Manages multiple priorities and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicates ideas and information effectively, both verbally and written
  • Highly proficient in English and French
  • Knowledge of Adobe In-Design and Photoshop is an asset
