Your Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a data analyst supporting Stantec’s marketing growth programs. In this role you will develop insights into the performance and impact of enterprise level growth programs and campaigns. This role reports to the Market Research & Intelligence Director. Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop analytics for Stantec’s growth programs
• Develop and analyze reports that provide actionable insights into the performance and impact of enterprise level programs and initiatives on top line growth
• Build and maintain interactive and user-friendly data visualizations, dashboards and analysis tools
• Manage accurate reporting of key data metrics used for operational decision-making
• Communicate findings to key stakeholders in a relatable and timely manner
• Help marketing and business development teams understand the how specific program activities, such as strategic growth initiatives, corporate campaigns, account management, and strategic pursuits, are connected to key business outcomes
• Design, execute and analyze tests for performance and direct marketing efforts
• Work collaboratively with governance stakeholders to identify and fix data quality issues
• Analyze patterns to better understand performance and identify actionable insights from the data
• Regularly meet with stakeholders in marketing and IT related to data needs and usage
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data requirements with business strategy objectives
• Build strong documentation using common data definitions
• Apply quality processes for the delivery of business intelligence solutions

Qualifications Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely
• Strong business knowledge
• Able to work with other departments to implement new tools and processes
• Knowledge of data architecture
• Experience working with and merging large datasets and developing detailed logical analyses
• Proficiency with modern data tools, specifically SQL and PowerBI

Education and Experience

• Post-secondary degree in business, data analytics, computer science, or an equivalent level of experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and visualization, preferably in a business-to-business professional services environment
