About usWe have a newly created opening for a Marketing Analyst. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individuals to analysis customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision-making process regarding product, prices and promotions. Successful candidates should have the ability to gather and analyze data on consumers and competitors, conduct research, formulate policies, and manage programs to stimulate our business development. Must also have excellent communication skills, time management skills, leadership skills, work well independently, and work well as part of team.Our work environment includes:

With 20+ years of experience providing counseling services, we are currently looking for a Data Analyst to help consolidate, analyze, and review data from our past performance. The successful candidate has a background in data science and is knowledgeable about statistical analysis software.Responsibilities:
  • Develop analytics for digital marketing campaigns and programs
  • Analyze patterns to better understand performance and identify actionable insights from the data
  • Develop and analyze reports that provide actionable insights into digital content performance and impact as it relates to the client buying journey
  • Build and maintain interactive and user-friendly data visualizations, dashboards and analysis tools
  • Manage accurate reporting of key data metrics used for decision-making
  • Communicate findings to key stakeholders in a relatable and timely manner
  • Help marketing and business development teams develop digital analytics use cases that are connected to key business outcomes
  • Design, execute and analyze tests for performance and direct marketing efforts
  • Work collaboratively with governance stakeholders to identify and fix data quality issues
  • Regularly meet with stakeholders across marketing and IT related to data needs and usage
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data requirements with business strategy objectives
  • Build strong documentation using common data definitions
  • Apply quality processes for the delivery of business intelligence solutions
Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • A bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, business administration, maths, engineering, or public administration is required.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, driven by a deep sense of curiosity
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in marketing data analysis
  • Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely
  • Strong business knowledge
  • Able to work with other departments to implement new tools and processes
  • Knowledge of data architecture
  • Experience working with and merging large datasets and developing detailed logical analyses
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and Adobe Analytics
  • Proficiency with modern data tools, specifically SQL and (Tableau/Power BI)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, Marketo and HubSpot preferred
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per yearBenefits:
