En tant qu'Assistant(e) Responsable Qualite, vous serez en charge de garantir la conformite aux reglementations et politiques en matiere de qualite et de securite alimentaire sur ce site aux operations multiples. Vous identifierez les opportunites d'amelioration et formulerez des recommandations pour simplifier et rationaliser les processus de travail quotidiens. Vous serez responsable d'un large eventail d'activites liees a la gestion de la Qualite et de la Securite Alimentaire, incluant potentiellement la gestion integree des nuisibles, l'ascenseur a grains et les chargements en vrac.

Gerer l'approvisionnement en ble pour s'assurer que le ble livre au moulin repond aux exigences clients, optimise la performance du moulin et respecte les normes reglementaires
Maintenir les programmes d'audit client et les certifications tierces convenues
Gerer la documentation, les specifications clients, et assurer un support actif aux clients
Developper des relations avec les clients locaux pour identifier des opportunites de creation de valeur et renforcer les liens entre les entreprises
Etre responsable du programme de gestion integree des nuisibles
Assurer la conformite avec les politiques de l'entreprise, les exigences reglementaires, les specifications qualite, les normes de securite et les pratiques sanitaires
Competences et experiences essentielles :Diplome universitaire (Bac +3) avec 1,5 a 3 ans d'experience, ou diplome de niveau secondaire avec 5,5 a 7 ans d'experience
Experience en systemes de qualite et securite alimentaire dans le domaine de la minoterie ou dans une industrie connexe

Your role:
As Assistant Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the compliance of quality and food safety
regulations and policies at this multi-faceted facility. You will identify opportunities and make
recommendations to simplify and streamline day to day work processes. You will have accountability for a broad range of Quality and Food Safety management, which may include Integrated Pest Management, Elevator, and Bulk loadout.

Your responsibilities:Analyze, interpret, and implement Quality/Food Safety policies and customer standards
Manage the wheat pipeline to ensure wheat shipped to the mill meets customer needs,
optimizes mill performance, and is in alignment with regulatory standards
Maintain customer audit programs and agreed 3rd party certification
Manage customer documentation, specifications, and ensure active customer support
Build relationships with local customers to uncover opportunities that lead to value creation and strengthen ties between our companies
Ownership within Integrated Pest Management
Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality specifications, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Essential skills and experience:Bachelor's degree with 1 -3 years or High School diploma/GED with 5 -7 years of
Quality Systems and Food Safety experience in flour milling or related manufacturing
industry
Knowledge of the following programs:

Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
