L\xe2\x80\x99assistant(e), planification m\xc3\xa9dia joue un r\xc3\xb4le essentiel en soutenant le processus de planification m\xc3\xa9dia en contribuant \xc3\xa0 la bonne ex\xc3\xa9cution des campagnes publicitaires et en veillant \xc3\xa0 ce qu\xe2\x80\x99elles atteignent efficacement le public cibl\xc3\xa9.

  • Vous serez expos\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 l\'industrie de la publicit\xc3\xa9 et des m\xc3\xa9dias d\xc3\xa8s le premier jour. Vous aurez un aper\xc3\xa7u des diff\xc3\xa9rents canaux m\xc3\xa9dia, des formats publicitaires et des strat\xc3\xa9gies de campagne. Cela vous aidera \xc3\xa0 comprendre le paysage global et \xc3\xa0 poser des bases solides pour l\'\xc3\xa9volution de votre carri\xc3\xa8re.

VOS RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9alisation de recherches sur le march\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa0 l\'analyse des publics cibles afin d\'obtenir des informations sur le comportement des consommateurs, les habitudes de consommation des m\xc3\xa9dias et les tendances du march\xc3\xa9
  • Aider \xc3\xa0 cr\xc3\xa9er des plans m\xc3\xa9dia qui comprennent les canaux m\xc3\xa9dias recommand\xc3\xa9s, les allocations budg\xc3\xa9taires et la r\xc3\xa9partition des placements publicitaires
  • Coordonner l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution des campagnes m\xc3\xa9dias en effectuant des t\xc3\xa2ches telles que la n\xc3\xa9gociation des tarifs avec les partenaires m\xc3\xa9dias, l\'achat de placements publicitaires et en veillant \xc3\xa0 ce que tous les \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments cr\xc3\xa9atifs de la campagne soient livr\xc3\xa9s aux partenaires dans les d\xc3\xa9lais fix\xc3\xa9s
  • Participer au suivi et \xc3\xa0 la gestion des budgets de campagne, en veillant \xc3\xa0 ce que les d\xc3\xa9penses soient conformes aux plans m\xc3\xa9dia approuv\xc3\xa9s
  • Contribuer \xc3\xa0 la collecte et \xc3\xa0 l\'analyse des donn\xc3\xa9es de la campagne, telles que les impressions publicitaires, les taux de clics et les conversions
  • Contribuer \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration des rapports de performance et fournir des informations sur l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 de la campagne et les possibilit\xc3\xa9s d\'optimisation
  • Participer aux processus de facturation et contribuer au r\xc3\xa9conciliation des factures des fournisseurs
  • Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur, des nouvelles opportunit\xc3\xa9s m\xc3\xa9dia et des technologies \xc3\xa9mergentes
  • \xc3\x89valuer les nouveaux canaux m\xc3\xa9dia, les nouvelles technologies et les nouvelles plateformes publicitaires afin de d\xc3\xa9terminer s\'ils conviennent aux campagnes des clients

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The Media Planning Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the media planning process, helping to ensure that advertising campaigns are well executed and effectively reach their target audience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in market research and target audience analysis to obtain information on consumer behaviour, media consumption habits and market trends
  • Help create media plans that include recommended media channels, budget allocations and breakdown of ad placements
  • Coordinate the execution of media campaigns, performing tasks such as negotiating rates with media partners, purchasing ad placements, and ensuring that all creative elements of the campaign are delivered to partners on time.
  • Participate in the monitoring and management of campaign budgets, ensuring that spending is in line with approved media plans.
  • Contribute to the collection and analysis of campaign data, such as ad impressions, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Contribute to the preparation of performance reports and provide information on campaign effectiveness and optimization opportunities
  • Participate in invoicing processes and contribute to the reconciliation of supplier invoices.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new media opportunities and emerging technologies
  • Evaluate new media channels, technologies, and advertising platforms to determine their suitability for customer campaigns

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Post-secondary diploma, specializing in marketing and/or advertising; OR equivalent work experience
  • An internship in a related field is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate concisely and clearly, both orally and in writing, in French and English
