QUI VOUS ETES


En tant qu'assistant(e) de direction chez Bain & Company, vous apporterez un soutien administratif de haut niveau a une equipe de dirigeants basee a Montreal, ainsi qu'a travers le Canada et les Etats-Unis. Vous jouerez un role essentiel dans la coordination des agendas, la gestion des deplacements, la preparation des rapports et des presentations, et la communication interne et externe. Vous collaborerez etroitement avec d'autres assistant(e)s de direction et de gestion dans un environnement hybride et dynamique, afin d'assurer une couverture et un soutien efficaces aux dirigeants de Bain. La communication proactive, la collaboration et le travail d'equipe sont essentiels a votre reussite. Le poste est hybride, avec une presence minimale de trois jours par semaine au bureau. Les jours de presence seront fixes avec votre gestionnaire de programme et devront rester constants.

Dans ce role, vous soutiendrez trois membres de l'equipe de direction et participerez activement aux initiatives du bureau et de l'entreprise. Le poste represente environ 40 heures par semaine, avec possibilite d'heures supplementaires occasionnelles.



VOS RESPONSABILITES

Gerer des calendriers complexes et coordonner les reunions internes et externes. Organiser les deplacements (vols, hotels, transports) avec l'equipe Bain Travel. Preparer et soumettre des notes de frais, assurer leur exactitude et conformite. Collaborer etroitement avec les collegues du programme regional des assistant(e)s et avec les equipes locales et globales de Bain. Fournir un soutien administratif au bureau : logistique de reunions, liaison client, coordination d'evenements et soutien a d'autres fonctions internes. Participer activement a la culture du bureau en tant que representant(e) du programme EA/MA et en soutenant les activites locales. Assister les dirigeants dans la gestion de leurs relations clients et dans la mise a jour du CRM. Contribuer a la formation des nouveaux membres et a la planification d'evenements internes. Assurer un suivi rigoureux sur les projets et les echeances avec les equipes concernees.


VOS QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingue francais / anglais (oral et ecrit) requis. Diplome d'etudes superieures ou equivalent formation/experience. Minimum de 5 ans d'experience en tant qu'assistant(e) de direction. Excellentes competences en communication et en organisation. Grande rigueur, discretion et attention au detail. Maitrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Esprit d'equipe, autonomie et sens du service client. Capacite a s'adapter au style et aux priorites des dirigeants.

WHO YOU ARE




As an Executive Assistant at Bain & Company, you will provide high-level administrative support to a team of senior leaders based in Montreal and across Canada and the US. This role involves calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, time and expense reporting, and preparation of presentations and correspondence. You will work collaboratively with other Executive and Manager Assistants in a hybrid environment to ensure effective and seamless support for Bain's leadership. Frequent communication, collaboration, and teamwork are key to success in this role. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three full in-office days per week, set in consultation with your program manager and kept consistent week to week.


WHAT YOU'LL DO


You will support three leadership team members and contribute to broader office and firm initiatives. This is a full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week) with occasional overtime.

Manage complex calendars and schedule internal/external meetings. Coordinate detailed travel arrangements with Bain's Travel team. Prepare and submit accurate expense reports and manage audit follow-up. Collaborate with other EA/MA team members across regions and with local office teams. Provide in-office support, including event logistics, client coordination, catering requests, and office space management. Support relationship management efforts by maintaining CRM data accuracy. Participate in onboarding and mentoring of new assistants, and contribute to team initiatives. Communicate proactively with leaders about schedule or travel changes and propose solutions. Support ad hoc internal programs and events as needed.

ABOUT YOU

Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and spoken). Associate degree or equivalent education and experience. Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Team-oriented mindset, initiative, and strong customer service approach. Ability to adapt to different leadership styles and priorities.
