We are looking for a versatile and organized administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, is proficient in modern office software, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsabilites / Responsibilities
Assurer le soutien administratif quotidien (gestion des courriels, appels, dossiers, etc.)
Creer, mettre a jour et organiser des documents a l'aide de
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
et
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Participer a la gestion du service a la clientele (repondre aux demandes, suivi des clients, etc.)
Aider a la gestion des
reseaux sociaux
(publication de contenu, reponses aux messages, suivi des commentaires)
Rediger et reviser des documents en francais et en anglais
Collaborer avec les differents departements pour assurer la fluidite des operations administratives
Provide daily administrative support (managing emails, calls, files, etc.)
Create, update, and organize documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Assist with customer service management (responding to inquiries, following up with clients, etc.)
Help manage social media (posting content, responding to messages, monitoring comments)
Write and revise documents in French and English
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth administrative operations
Competences / Skills
Excellente maitrise du
francais et de l'anglais
, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit (obligatoire)
Maitrise des outils
Google Suite
et
Microsoft Office
Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et souci du detail
Excellentes competences en communication et en service client
Experience prealable en soutien administratif ou en service client (un atout)
Notions de base en gestion des
medias sociaux
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent command of both French and English, both written and spoken (required)
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in administrative support or customer service (an asset)
Familiarity with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
