Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) fiable et tres organise(e) pour soutenir un courtier immobilier occupe. Il s'agit d'un poste a temps plein, en presentiel, ideal pour une personne rigoureuse, professionnelle et a l'aise dans un environnement dynamique.

Responsabilites principales



Gerer l'agenda du courtier, ses courriels, appels et priorites quotidiennes. Coordonner les transactions immobilieres de l'acceptation de l'offre jusqu'au notaire, en assurant une gestion precise des documents et des echeances. Etre le premier point de contact pour les clients - par telephone, courriel ou en personne - avec professionnalisme et courtoisie. Mettre a jour les inscriptions de proprietes sur Centris et autres plateformes. Organiser les documents physiques et numeriques a l'aide de Google Drive et des outils CRM (Follow Up Boss). Soutenir le courtier dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs quotidiens en matiere de production, de rendez-vous et de suivis clients.

Soutenir la gestion immobiliere

: communiquer avec les locataires, suivre les loyers et renouvellements, envoyer les avis d'augmentation, coordonner les reparations.

Profil recherche



Bilingue : francais et anglais, parle et ecrit. Excellentes competences en organisation et en gestion du temps. Communication claire, professionnelle et respectueuse. Aisance avec la technologie (Excel, PDF, Google Workspace, systemes CRM). Experience en immobilier ou en coordination administrative (un atout). Discretion, fiabilite et souci du detail.

Remuneration



40 000 $ a 56 000 $ par annee

, selon l'experience. Possibilites de primes. Vacances payees et jours feries.

About the Role



We are seeking a reliable and highly organized

Administrative Assistant & Transaction Coordinator

to support a busy real estate broker. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone who communicates clearly, stays on top of details, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the broker's schedule, emails, calls, and daily priorities. Coordinate real estate transactions from accepted offer to notary, ensuring all documents and deadlines are handled accurately. Act as the first point of contact for clients--by phone, email, or in person--with professionalism and care. Maintain and update property listings on Centris and other platforms. Organize files and documents (physical and digital) using Google Drive and CRM tools (Follow Up Boss). Support the broker in achieving daily goals related to production, appointments, and client follow-ups. Assist with property management: communicate with tenants, track rents and renewals, send increase notices, and coordinate repairs.

What We're Looking For



Bilingual: fluent in

French and English

(spoken and written). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Clear, professional communicator. Comfortable with technology (Excel, PDFs, Google Workspace, CRM systems). Previous experience in real estate or administrative coordination is an asset. Discreet, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Compensation



$40,000 - $56,000 per year

, based on experience. Bonus opportunities available. Paid vacation and statutory holidays.
