In business since 1957, Kent Homes is one of the largest home builders and mobile shelter rental companies in Atlantic Canada. We have 150,000 square feet of space dedicated to building quality homes year-round. We serve remote, rural, and urban centers throughout Atlantic Canada and Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety for all employees must be top priority
• Aligning and managing employees to achieve results
• Print pick lists
• Receiving PO\xe2\x80\x99s in EONE
• Creating and updating JIRA\xe2\x80\x99s for line issues, returns and line and yard shortages
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering teams
• Updating Work Orders as required
• Training New Employees
• Ensure tool requests are complete
• Confirm NPN Item counts & inventory counts
• Create inventory locations as required
• Print item and location labels
• Help with production line issues
• Refer to SDS binder

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset.
• Valid Forklift (both sitting and standing) certification considered a strong asset.
• RF scanner experience considered an asset.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal, along with computer knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Perform all duties of the job with a high degree of safety consciousness.
• First aid training considered an asset.
• Health and Safety training
• Incident reporting training
• Result Driven
