Job Description


This position is responsible for raising and issuing of engine/module packages. Maintaining engine ID plates and sorting and filing of W/O\xe2\x80\x99s.
Position Accountabilities

  • Identifying and raising customer order task and parent w/o\xe2\x80\x99s for engines/modules being inducted and field service work.
  • Issuing required paperwork for engine packages.
  • Updating packages for workscope changes.
  • Sorting and filing W/O to engine files and library.
  • Maintaining engine data plates.
  • Model behaviors consistent with good quality, health and safety, and environmental management practices.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Grade 12 with the completion of post-secondary education in business administration or a related field considered an asset.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Navixa MRO, and Database applications.
  • Familiarity with Pratt & Whitney Canada documentation considered an asset.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Environment
An individual in this capacity must be aware that the position will involve:
  • Working in an office setting, spending extended periods of the workday working with a computer.
  • Must be willing to walk to various areas throughout the facility throughout the day.
  • There will be no requirement to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) on a regular basis, unless asked to work in an area where such a requirement exists.
  • Be available to work overtime, as required.
