Assistant Spa Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an assistant Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of our day spa. In this position, you will hire and train staff members, delegate tasks to staff, and set schedules. You must make sure we have someone on staff for every position, including reception, a masseuse, and a skincare specialist. You will also be responsible for the performance of our spa, so you must develop marketing campaigns, whether thru advertizing campaigns or social media posts. Our ideal applicant must have business acumen and at least 5 years of cosmetology or spa management. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week Salary: From $23.00 per hour Benefits:
