Assistant Site Superintendent
Job Description
Are you a reliable and hardworking individual with trailer towing experience? We're looking for a Runner to join our team and help ensure smooth operations across our construction and property management sites.
Responsibilities:
• - Drive to various job sites and stores to pick up and deliver materials and supplies.
• - Safely tow and maneuver a trailer for transporting products.
• - Maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries.
• - Communicate effectively with site supervisors and office staff to fulfill requests promptly.
• - Conduct basic vehicle and trailer maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience towing and operating a trailer.
• Clean driving abstract is a must.
• Knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
