We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Assistant Restaurant Manager

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, with a focus on team management and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Lead and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a positive work environment. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and adherence to food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Participate in interviewing potential candidates for various positions within the restaurant. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Experience

Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong background in customer service with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety practices. Previous experience in bartending is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
