We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager / Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
This position will be responsible for facilities management, data entry, upselling, customer relationship management, property maintenance, contract administration, CMMS, office administration, and phone etiquette. Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property. Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner-. Assist with leasing activities including showing units and processing applications. Perform data entry into property management software- Upsell additional services to tenants. Manage tenant relationships and ensure tenant satisfaction. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs. Administer contracts with vendors and service providers. Assist with office administration tasks such as filing and answering phones Requirements. Accounting knowledge required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
