Position: Assistant Property Manager in Richmond Hill


Salary Range:

$55,000

ICON is looking for several Assistant Property Manager to join our team. Reporting to the site property manager, the APM will be responsible for fulfilling a variety of administrative functions.

Responsibilities



Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Review reports from the security team and highlight any matter that require the attention of the property manager. Obtain completed forms for filing (i.e. amenity reservations, resident information forms, parking permits, etc.). Update owner and resident information as required. Communicate in a professional manner with clients. Respond to client inquiries promptly by email and telephone. Ensure a timely response to client complaints and concerns. Notify ICON's corporate office of any unit sales. Prepare resident notices and mass email communications. Prepare the weekly interoffice mail package to be courier to ICON's corporate office. Distribute mail coming from ICON's corporate office following the condominium corporation's mail distribution policy. Draft compliance and reminder letters to owners and residents. Prepare logs for all CEF payments and sundry payments. Order office supplies as needed. Coordinate maintenance visits under the supervision and direction of the property manager. Assist in the preparation of management reports and other building reports as needed. Contact the superintendent for maintenance requests, as directed by the property manager. Assist in the preparation of owners meetings, as directed by the property manager. Assist in the preparation and drafting of corporation policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

1+ year of experience working in an APM role in a Condominium environment. Post secondary education in a related discipline. Limited License under the CMRAO. Proven organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to cope with changing client needs and to deliver successful results within tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
