We are seeking an Administrator / Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills. This position will be responsible for facilities management, data entry, upselling, customer relationship management, property maintenance, contract administration, CMMS, office administration, and phone etiquette.Responsibilities:- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Assist with leasing activities including showing units and processing applications- Perform data entry into property management software- Upsell additional services to tenants- Manage tenant relationships and ensure tenant satisfaction- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs- Administer contracts with vendors and service providers- Utilize CMMS to track maintenance requests and work orders- Assist with office administration tasks such as filing and answering phonesRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred- 2+ years of experience in property management or related field preferred- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to learn new software quickly- Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamBenefits:- Competitive salary based on experience level- Health insurance benefits available after 90 days of employment- 401(k) plan with employer match after one year of employment- Paid time off (PTO) after one year of employment
