We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Answer and direct phone calls using efficient phone systems while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure that all office documents are up to date.
Provide customer service support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
Assist in coordinating office activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling, and inventory management of office supplies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an assistant Office Administrator or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing support to clients and colleagues alike.
Familiarity with Home care practices is a plus but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
