We are seeking dedicated and experienced Full Service Managers to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's dining area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and team management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate dining room staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Manage the flow of service during peak hours, ensuring timely food delivery and guest attention.
Oversee cash handling procedures, including processing payments and managing cash registers.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
Coach, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain effective communication regarding menu items and special requests.
Monitor dining room cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist with Caterings, Special Events and Deliveries.
Assist Senior Management on special projects and duties as required.
Act as Brand Ambassador, providing leadership and strategic direction to all departments of the restaurant.
Qualifications
Proven recent experience in a Full Service Restaurant in a management role. Minimum 3 years.
Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and best practices in the kitchen.
Experience with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
Leads with Integrity, Respect, Humility, Empathy, Compassion, Accountability, Confidence and Vision.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

This position is evenings and weekends.
