OUT OF IRELAND IRISH IMPORTERS

is a long-established speciality retail store located in a beautiful heritage building in downtown Victoria. The store is known for its unique range of Irish Knitwear; Clothing and Celtic Jewelry.

As

Assistant Manager

you will supervise a team of 4 - 6 staff and work in a leadership role promoting sales and customer service. Duties will include sales and customer care; staff training; stock intake; inventory control and merchandising of product.

Strong communication skills are essential as this is a people first business.

Competent technology skills and experience in using Shopify POS will be a distinct advantage to applicants.

Ideal candidate must have previous management experience in the Retail Clothing and/or Jewellery sector however candidates seeking to move into management and who have extensive retail sales experience will be considered.

This is a full time position and candidates must be available to work during seasonal holidays and during the busy summer season.

This job can be a 4 to 5 day position - 32 - 38 hours weekly.
