At 850 Degrees, we're looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to guide our team, keep the floor running smoothly, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift. This isn't a clipboard role--you'll be in the action, setting the tone, supporting the team, and making sure every guest leaves wanting to come back.



What You'll Do

Lead by example:

run the floor while also managing your own section

Keep service smooth, efficient, and positive

Train, mentor, and support new and existing staff

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and building a strong team culture

Resolve guest concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally

Connect with guests and create memorable experiences

Support promotions, events, and initiatives that drive excitement and traffic

Uphold company standards and ensure the team does the same



What You Bring

3+ years of serving experience; leadership comes naturally to you

Strong communication skills--clear, direct, and drama-free

Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure

Experience in training, coaching, and building strong teams

Comfortable handling suppliers and vendors when needed

Background in restaurant or retail management is a strong asset
