Position Overview

As the

Assistant Manager

, you will play a key role in

driving membership growth, supporting club operations, and delivering an exceptional experience for our members

. You'll assist the Club Manager in leading the team, promote the club in the local community, and help create a welcoming, results-driven atmosphere.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys a mix of

sales, marketing, and leadership responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Sell Memberships

- Use our

proven system

to inspire potential members to start their fitness journey.

Marketing & Community Outreach

- Promote the club through

social media, community events, and creative marketing strategies

.

Lead & Motivate Your Team

- Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to trainers and staff to create an inspiring gym environment.

Enhance Member Experience

- Ensure top-notch

customer service, cleanliness, and club maintenance

to keep members engaged and happy.

Drive Business Success

- Manage financials,

track performance metrics

, and implement strategies to increase revenue and retention.

18+ years old

Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Surrey, BC (Must be able to commute or relocate before starting work*)

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience:

Management experience preferred
