Assistant Manager

to lead our team during evenings and weekends- not ONLY evenings and weekends, some day shifts will be in there as well- but I'm keeping it real about what we currently need! We're a growing Canadian brand serving up fast-casual Lebanese food -- fresh, flavorful, and fast -- in a fun and friendly environment.

We know we can't offer the highest starting wage out there, but here's what we can offer:

What We're Looking For:

Leadership experience

(at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role)

A guest-first mindset

Confidence with food safety

and a current food safety certificate A natural motivator who keeps the team on track, engaged, and having fun A true team player who jumps in wherever needed -- whether it's prepping, serving, or cleaning A calm, positive leader who can handle a rush and still bring good vibes

What You'll Be Doing:

Taking full ownership of the restaurant on evenings and weekends Leading a small but mighty team (2-4 people per shift) Keeping food safety, quality, and service standards consistently high Creating a positive, productive work atmosphere Growing your skills and your leadership presence along the way
