Job Title Assistant Manager, P&CB Third Party Policy and Compliance
What is the role? The Assistant Manager, P&CB Third Party Policy and Compliance is responsible for ensuring all required Risk & Compliance for assigned 3rd Party Service Providers, including working with business partners and Suppliers on the completion of the Supplier Risk Management Application (SRMA), ensuring compliance Enterprise Third Party Policy requirements. The role supports effective oversight of Third Parties. It builds relationships with stakeholders including Supplier Managers, Supplier contacts and Centres of Governance (CoG) in order to identify and mitigate Supplier risk issues and create a culture of safety and soundness within the P&CB Supplier Management Community. You will act as a SME for 3rd party policy, conduct risk assessments/due diligence as required (ie SRMA) and maintain artifacts and ensuring supplier compliance. What are the responsibilities?
Perform on-boarding, off-boarding, and continual monitoring of P&CB suppliers within assigned portfolio
Responsible to facilitate the completion of the Supplier Risk Management Assessment (SRMA) and obtaining all required artifacts from Suppliers, including reassessments annually or upon significant changes
Establish ongoing supplier management routines including SLA reporting, contractual monitoring activities, quarterly business reviews, operational and risk compliance monitoring and planning (eg BCP and Infosec), relationship issue resolution and prioritization of upcoming opportunities for greatest impact
Ensure effective management Supplier risk & due diligence activities and documentation is completed and updated as required and ensuring suppliers are compliant to Enterprise Third Party Policy; all identified Supplier risks are documented with remediation plans in place and progress tracked and reported as required
Ensure all Third Party Contracts are stored and maintained in RBC\xe2\x80\x99s central repository (iValua)
Assist in creation, maintenance and promotion of internal reference library of COSMSS Supplier Policy Compliance processes, protocols and procedures
Own the interaction and communication with our Global Functions partners in order to enforce and support their polices
Provide risk & due diligence support to Supplier Managers and Business Partners
Act as subject matter expert and provide guidance to Supplier Relationship Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, PMO & Global Function Partners related to supplier risk and compliance
Provide oversight to ensure suppliers are compliant to Enterprise Policy on Third Party, IntraGroup & NSTP Service Providers
Coordinate external audit reviews and manage the collection, and maintenance of Supplier SOC 1 & SOC 2 reports
Provide Support for Internal Audit reviews
