We are actively looking for an Assistant Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

The Assistant manager will be responsible for:

Executing day-to-day restaurant operations both Front and Back of house

Delivering hospitality and maximizing the guest experience

Responding in an efficient and professional manner to customer complaints

Constantly checking quality and plate presentation

Scheduling and organizing the human resources and supervising labour cost

Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity

Ordering food, and supplies for the restaurant

Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

Managing the restaurant's high-quality image

Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to reduce waste

Creating detailed reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis

Promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

Recommending ways to reach a local audience

Training new and current employees on Pur & Simple standards

Executing Pur & Simple brand standards to the highest level

Our days start early, so you need to be a morning person and be available to work weekends, but we close at 3:00 pm, leaving your evenings free for time with family or friends.
