Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Duties:
- Assist in recruiting, training development, and mentoring team members
- Provide leadership and support to staff
- Drive retail sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement
- Perform clerk duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Assist in payroll management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of mentoring practices
