:Position Summary:Under the general direction of the Director, Human Resources, this position is responsible for being a hands-on manager who provides guidance, and mentoring, direction and support to the Human Resources Operations team on matters related to Human Resources Policies & Procedures and best practices, including but not limited to: Recruitment, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Legal and Compliance, Health, Safety & Wellness, team member & Labour Relations, team member Engagement & Retention, Rewards & Recognition, Respectful Workplace & Diversity, and Organizational Development & Training. This position will assist the HR Director in developing and maintaining the Human Resources annual road map and budget and will have a strong focus on HR Operations. This position will act with considerable independence, discretion, judgment and initiative in providing timely and accurate information and advice on policies, procedures, administrative and operational issues. Ensures adherence to the Company\'s policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian\'s learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.Key Accountabilities:
