The Assistant Manager will lead the team and restaurant to success, by supporting the manager. This will encompass the daily operations of the restaurant up to and including, staff management, team member training, FOH operations, BOH operations, customer service recovery and product ordering. We maintain the highest level of standards and are looking for someone as passionate about Pizza and our values as we are!

Accountabilities:

- Ensure the proper and safe operation of the restaurant

- Ensure guests receive 100% satisfaction of experience and food quality

- Ensure all team members are following all company rules, regulations and protocols

- Manage daily labor and food cost

- Report to the Manager and Operator

Daily Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper opening and closing of the restaurant

- Inspect product quality with daily line checks

- Ensure 100% guest engagement from team members and yourself

- Complete multiple team member check-ins throughout shift

- Complete food, alcohol and other product orders

- Engage with your community

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of supervisor or manager experience

- Valid First Aid certification

- Valid Food Handlers Certification

- Valid Smart Serve Certification

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Great social skills and love for interacting with other people

- A leader and a team player
